The staff was really friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right from the start. We even received a complimentary drink upon arrival. the location was fantastic, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. Additionally, the room upgrade and special treats for our anniversary made our stay even more memorable.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the affordable prices and great value for money at Claris Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

The maisonette suite offers a spacious room with modern amenities and a comfortable bathroom. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options available. The hotel also features a museum showcasing beautiful works of art. guests can enjoy a rooftop terrace with stunning views.

There have been isolated incidents of staff exhibiting disinterest and insensitivity towards certain guests.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is close to all the major sights of Barcelona. It is conveniently situated near Casa Batllo and excellent stores and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel offers a rooftop terrace with a pool and a Mayan inspired spa, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests. The room amenities, such as complimentary Nespresso and a mini bar, add an extra level of comfort.

Some of the staff members were not very helpful and took things personally, which affected the overall experience.

Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a warm greeting and exemplary service. the amenities in this hotel are luxurious and exclusive, from the Spa & wellness centre to the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. the room advantages were outstanding with a beautiful view and private facilities.

The only minor issue I faced was the location, as it requires transportation to reach the main attractions. Despite this, the staff were accommodating with transportation arrangements.

During our stay at Claris, we were impressed by the professional and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious and clean rooms. The housekeeping staff was very attentive, ensuring that our room was always in top condition. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as we found ourselves conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay at Claris again.

The boutique hotel offered amazing restaurants and world, class shopping nearby. the prime location was close to the metro and within walking distance of major tourist attractions. the staff was friendly, helpful, and the hotel was impeccably clean. the lobby had a refreshing scent, which was a pleasant surprise.

The junior suite we paid extra for had windows facing a dark corridor, which made it difficult to differentiate between day and night. Despite requesting a room change, the alternative room offered was identical.

We loved the unique aesthetic and character of the hotel, with artifacts scattered throughout. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions within the city.
